What we do
We design and build kitchens and wardrobes, either as part of a full home or on their own. An Indian kitchen works hard. There is tadka, grinding, deep frying and a pressure cooker that runs every morning. Many villa owners want a wet kitchen for heavy cooking and a dry kitchen that stays presentable for guests. We plan for that reality, with the right ventilation, durable surfaces and storage that keeps daily items within reach.
Modular or site-built
Both have their place. Modular units are factory-made, precise and quicker to install. They suit most kitchens and wardrobes well. Site-built joinery is made by carpenters on site, which allows unusual sizes, full-height panelling and details that match the rest of the home. We often combine the two. We will explain the trade-offs in cost, finish and timeline for your space, and recommend what makes sense rather than what is easiest for us.
Hardware and finishes
Hardware decides how a kitchen feels after five years. We specify soft-close hinges, full-extension drawer runners and lift-up fittings rated for daily use, and show you how they work before you choose. For finishes, we walk you through laminates, lacquer, veneer and acrylic, and through countertops in quartz, granite and natural stone. Each has a different response to heat, oil and turmeric. We help you choose what suits your cooking, not just the photograph.

How it works
What happens, and when
- 01Brief & measurement1 week
- 02Design & 3D2–3 weeks
- 03Drawings & BOQ1–2 weeks
- 04Manufacture4–6 weeks
- 05Installation & handover1–2 weeks
Typical durations. We confirm a schedule for your project with the BOQ.
Q01How long do a kitchen and wardrobes take on their own?
Typically 9–14 weeks from brief to installation. Design and drawings take around 4–6 weeks, manufacture 4–6 weeks and installation 1–2 weeks. Site-built joinery or special finishes can add time.
Q02What is a BOQ, and why does it matter?
A bill of quantities is an itemised list of everything that goes into your project, from plywood and hardware to lighting and paint. It makes the cost transparent and gives both sides a clear basis for the contract. It is also what our site team checks against during execution.
Q03Should I choose a modular or site-built kitchen?
Modular units are factory-made, precise and faster to install. Site-built joinery allows unusual sizes and details that match the rest of the home. We often combine both and will recommend what suits your space, budget and timeline.
Q04Do you design wet and dry kitchens?
Yes. A wet kitchen handles heavy cooking, grinding and frying, while a dry kitchen stays presentable for guests and light meals. We plan ventilation, drainage and storage for each, and choose surfaces that handle heat, oil and turmeric.
Q05Is there a warranty on kitchens and wardrobes?
Yes. Modular carcasses and hardware carry a warranty against manufacturing defects, and the terms are set out in your agreement. Hardware brands often carry their own warranties too, which we pass on to you. Damage from misuse or water leaks from other sources is not covered.
Q06Can you renovate while we are living in the home?
Often, yes. We phase the work so part of the home stays usable, seal off work areas to control dust and agree working hours with you. For kitchens and bathrooms, we plan temporary arrangements in advance.
Q07Do you help with maintenance after handover?
Yes. We provide care notes for stone, veneer, fabrics and hardware at handover. If something needs attention after you move in, contact the studio and we will arrange a visit. Ongoing maintenance beyond the warranty can be arranged separately.
